1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Start Your Return
Print Your Return Label
After you've created a return, follow the instructions to print your free pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it.
Attach Return Label
Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You're all set! Just drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
We offer a 2-year warranty period that starts from the purchase date stated on your receipt. For warranty claims to be processed you should be able to present a receipt. Note that we only accept goods purchased through our website. For goods purchased in the store/through resellers the warranty issues should be handled by the respective place of purchase that is specified on your receipt.
